Science Articles: The Ideas Behind the Syllabus
Exams test what you can recall. Science is about why it works. These articles explain physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, astronomy and computing from the ground up, and connect each idea back to what you study for school, JEE and NEET.

A few habits turn a good read into real understanding, and they carry over directly to exam questions that ask you to interpret data or evaluate a claim.
- Find the question.Identify what problem the article is trying to answer before you read the details.
- Separate observation from explanation. What was measured or seen, and what is being proposed to account for it?
- Ask what supports the conclusion.Look for the evidence, and for what remains uncertain or untested.
- Connect it to something you know.Write one sentence linking the new idea to a concept you have already learned.
Latest in each core science
Three recent articles from each of the four main subjects.
